The dental is garbage. The main doctor for the dentist is unprofessional and arrogant. Don't know how to talk to people an he is condescending. Twice I have gooten a filling for a cavity and everytime I have a issue with the same tooth. First time got a infection in my roots he say we knew that was possible when we did the filling. This time I having pain he says it's my gum line. Have no consideration no nothing. Talking like I'm causing a problem because I'm asking questions. Tell me I will basically have to deal with pain for 2 to 3 days to see if the mouth wash works. No pain medication no anything. I wouldn't recommend this place for dental.

Please do not go there if you're in pain and if you're on Medicaid and they have assigned this facility as your primary care Please I repeat Please contact your insurance and change your primary physician

Things have drastically improved under Amal's leadership. I have noticed a significant amount of improvements from the staff, to appointments. Before there were issues with same day appointments. It was available but the staff never allowed patients to book the appointment. Under Amal's leadership, same day appointments are available and in a timely manner. Also another thing that has been improved is the follow up calls for important information such as the patient's personal information updates, to pharmacy changes, the staff quickly calls you to have them updated as necessary or if anything else is needed they will call you back. And then there is always Dr. Seifeldin, who makes this clinic absolutely worth it. He is a gem to the hamtramck community, and anyone that is able to go to him is very lucky. There is only one other doctor in all of hamtramck city who is on par with Dr. Seifeldin so he is 1 out of the 2. Anyone else in hamtramck I would think twice. As long as I breathe in this world I will always say Dr. Seinfeld is amongst the best doctors in the world, and I will always recommend him. I have been going to him for years. The staff/Doctors/Students are extremely friendly, thorough, and efficient. Iβve used both medical and dental care, and Iβve never had to wait for an astronomical amount of time and have always left satisfied with my experience and answers to my issues.
